Balanced Bites

All Packages include:

  • A binder with sheet protectors for easy viewing and use in the kitchen or when grocery shopping to contain all paperwork, recipes and information provided.
  • A Balanced Bites cooler bag to use at the grocery store or farmer's market. Heavy duty and easy to carry.

Package Option 1: $380

  • 1 hour initial consultation via phone or in person (or combination of the two)
  • Meal & Snack Ideas/Recipes: 3 Breakfast, 6 Lunch/Dinner (this is the minimum # of recipes you'll receive, you may receive more in ideas for you to make without specific recipes). Personalized to your taste and preferences.
  • Foods/ Food Groups List: Includes alternatives to use in recipes and in meals/snacks to aid in meal planning and swapping out ingredients like proteins, grains, vegetables. Personalized to your taste and nutritional needs.
  • Email Follow-Up: Ongoing/unlimited for 4 weeks.

Package Option 2: $580

  • 1 hour initial consultation via phone or in person (or combination of the two)
  • 1 hour (1 store) grocery store walk-through
  • Meal & Snack Ideas/Recipes: 4 Breakfast, 8 Lunch/Dinner (this is the minimum # of recipes you'll receive, you may receive more in ideas for you to make without specific recipes).Personalized to your taste and preferences
  • Foods/ Food Groups List: Includes alternatives to use in recipes and in meals/snacks to aid in meal planning and swapping out ingredients like proteins, grains, vegetables. Personalized to your taste and nutritional needs
